The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is currently working on a pilot to produce School Property Plans (SPPs) for 65 schools exiting the Christchurch Schools Rebuild programme. SPPs will potentially be a replacement for 10 Year Property Plans (10YPPs).
SPPs are currently being developed by internal planners, however the Ministry are wanting to procure the services of external planners to deliver 10 of these plans in a limited trial. This trial is to test the new approach collaboratively with market and provide feedback and areas of improvement to inform a potential future roll out. Two suppliers are being sourced to deliver 5 each.
