The Board of Trustees for Manchester Street School, Feilding are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the alterations and refurbishment to Block 1.
The Contract Works required are: The proposed work includes Consented building works to fit new exterior doors. Also includes a full refurbishment of classroom spaces and breakout rooms with new Autex Composition wall linings, carpet tiles, lighting and associated painting.
All tender documentation and necessary information attached.
Contractors must visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.
Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval and Building Consent approval this work would be started approx as soon as possible once confirmation of approvals are advised. This will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding and building consent approvals are confirmed.
