Block 1 & 2 Toilet and Cloak Upgrades
- Re-configure toilet spaces to follow the ‘MOE-Reference Designs for School Buildings in New Zealand –TOILETS’, as much as practical to suit the existing buildings and services layouts
Block 1 LSC (Learning Support Co-Ordinator) Upgrade
- The intention is to upgrade Classroom 7 in Block 2 for LSC space.
Proposed Block 4 Staffroom Upgrade
- Upgrade and alterations to an old CEBUS classroom used as the school’s staffroom
Block 2 Roof Replacement
- Scope of work to include a full roof, spouting and downpipe replacement to Block 2
Door Hardware Replacement – Site Wide
- Hardware replacement with new heavy-duty commercial door hardware
Paving Upgrade to West End of Block 2
- The paving to the west end of Block 2 and gardens surrounding the building are to be removed and new site paving installed
