L&M Weathertightness Re Cladding
Replacement of existing direct fixed plywood cladding with new James Hardie Axon Panel over 20mm nominal drained cavity.
o Replace building paper with RAB Board.
o Remove existing windows and reinstall after cladding work is completed. New architraves required.
