The Board of Trustees for Te Awamutu College is seeking registrations of interest from suitable qualified contractors for this project.
The scope of work is summarised as follows:
• Electrical upgrade work to Blocks 2, 3, 7, 11, C, F, I & Site reticulation
• Lighting upgrade to Blocks H & K (BOT funded in part)
• Fire alarm upgrade work to Blocks A, C, F & I
• Fire alarm upgrade to Block H (BOT funded in part)
• Guttering replacement work to Blocks 3 & I
• Flooring work to Block 5
• Paving work to Block 5
• Ceiling replacement work in Block H (BOT funded in part)
• Formation of a new office area in Block A (SIP funded)
• Replacement of surfacing and extension of various carpark areas around the main entrances to the school (SIP funded)
