As part of the Board of Trustees 10 Year Property Plan, the BOT wish to upgrade Block 11.
This is a double storey block which will be upgraded in two stages, the first stage includes roof replacement and alteration to the internal layout of the first floor. The ground floor will be upgraded in Stage 2 as part of a future 10 Year Property Plan.
The BOT wish to engage a main contractor for Stage 1 works of the replacement of the roof structure, and internal demolition and fit-out works to the first floor to create a Collaborative Teaching Environment.
