Overview
This Request for Tenders (RFT) is an invitation to suitably qualified contractors to submit a Tender for Works for Construction for a roof reconfiguration and replacement to the Administration block at Rotorua Girls High School. This project is being combined with renewal of student bathrooms in two teaching blocks.
The works are a single staged project that can be staged with some flexibility as agreed between the contractor and the school for mutual advantage.
The contract will be a single contract inclusive of both work areas which are to be priced as separate portions.
