The Student Services Centre (SSC) at One Tree Hill College, Penrose, Auckland is being redeveloped. The scope of the redevelopment involved converting the existing SSC accommodate to a different configuration of staff offices, meeting rooms and reception area; integrating two new offices for two Learning Support Coordinator positions; and redeveloping the existing connected health centre. The building footprint will be extended to accommodate some of the new offices.
