o ILE Upgrading to Block 5 Classrooms 46+47 + Block 7 Classrooms 48+ 49 plus installation of an associated Canopy Structure.
o The classrooms themselves will have new linings, both inside and out which will provide the opportunity to install new insulation where possible. New window, door joinery and cladding outside and
Vertiface pinboard linings, carpet and ceilings inside. LED Lighting, power, heating, data etc.
o The associated deck and canopy linking the classrooms will provide outdoor learning facilities.
o The project involves removal of cladding/materials containing Asbestos which will require approval of an Asbestos Management Control Plan prepared by the contractor prior to work commencing.
