Thornton School are seeking a fixed price Construction Contract to carry out a series of projects from their 10 Year Property Plan. The following scope has pre-approval from the Ministry of Education (MoE) subject to meeting budget allocations.
Thornton School are seeking a Main Contractor with proven expertise, experience and skills that can provide cost effective solutions to deliver:
• A new Outdoor Learning Space which include new decking and roofing, removal of existing joinery and installation of sliding door installation and a new fire egress (Class 6)
• Toilet Refurbishment including an extension for changing rooms.
• Removal of existing joinery and installation of sliding doors (Class 3, 4 and 5)
• Roofing Repairs to meet MoE Standards.
