The outcome sought of the project is to AR Block Offices and Resource Room Demolition and Reconfiguration for the Classrooms. This may include:
• The project is focused to demolish the offices and resource room in the middle of the AR Block, and remove the existing roof cladding and skylights, and install the new roofing, gutters and flashings. The cladding and timber joinery are to be removed and replaced. The internal work is expected to remove all internal walls, floor finishes, wall finishes. After that, the school expect to refigure the classroom space and create new classrooms and resource room.
• The work is expected to be completed during the school Christmas holidays.
• This project will be delivered by the main contractor which will carry out the general builder’s work and electrical work.
