The Board of Trustees of Opaheke School (the Buyer) is seeking a main building contractor for their Block 4 as defined in this RFT at Opaheke School (the School), Papakura, Auckland. The ILE upgrade build work is to be carried out during the period mid-December to late January 2022.

The project is being run by the BoT via a Project Manager operating under the Ministry of Education policies.

The Procurement will be a two-stage closed tender on GETS. Construction is expected to start in mid-December 2021 during school X’mas/New Year holiday periods.
Tenderers wishing to attend a site visit must register with the Point of Contact by the date detailed in the Indicative Time-line (paragraph 1.2) through the GETS question/answer function.
