The outcome sought is to modernise and reconfigure A Block Administration to create additional meeting rooms and increase the health centre space. The key focus is to form more flexible, productive and effective staff office and health centre to improve the functionality and quality of the internal environment. This may include:
• This project is focused to reduce the existing staff office space and create new flexible meeting room spaces and Health Centre by reconfiguring the internal layout of A Block.
• The project is part of the school’s 10 year property planning process to improve the
overall quality of the teaching spaces to meet the MoE’s DQLS.
• This project will be delivered by a main contractor which will carry out the general builder’s work, electrical work, plumbing and HVAC installation.
