On behalf of the Selwyn Ridge School Board of Trustees, we invite Registrations of Interest for Main Contractors for the Construction of a new Artificial Surface Multi-Purpose Turf.
The Works will include: all preparatory ground works, levelling and substrate establishment; Installation of new artificial turf surface approximately 2800m² in area (40m x 70m); Perimeter fencing; and Multi-use lines to Surface.
Programme: Anticipated Design and Planning through November 2014
Tender Documents will be made available to selected Tenderers/Registrants.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to consider only those Companies who meet the required criteria and no negotiation will be entered into with any Company unsuccessful in being invited to Tender.
Incomplete Registrations will not be considered and required information, not provided, will not be further requested.
The Criteria for all Registrations of Interest is weighted as follows:
- Company Information 25% (includes Management Structure, Company Size, Years of Operation)
- Track Record & Experience 20% (includes relevant experience, Ministry of Education work experience)
- Health & Safety 15% (includes information on H&S track record, lost days, active H&S policies)
- References 10%
- Location to Project Site 10%
- Resources 20% (including information on Resources available, proposed project team)

This RFP/ROI was cancelled due to a lack of compliant supplier submissions. A new two stage RFP will be initiated in the coming days, effectively re-advertising the works.
