Horotiu School board of Trustees are seeking an experienced main contractor to reconfigure Block B classrooms. This includes a reconfiguration of the existing two teaching spaces and circulation space, where a withdrawal space will be created by removing and redesigning existing toilets and corridor areas with direct classroom access, as well as life cycle refurbishment of the classrooms and new unisex toilets. This project also include life cycle replacement of electrical, ceiling and carpet in Block I and targeted roofing repairs, skylight removal and clearlite replacement in Block B, I, F and J.
