• The Buyer is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified builders for the future Building Construction Services to complete the construction that has been approved by the Weathertightness Review Panel, to complete the works under the approved Building Consent and to obtain Certificate for Code of Compliance.
• The Ministry of Education obtained a report on the weathertightness of portions of the school. From the report it is necessary that changes are to be completed.
• Water egress has been occurring in the Block A classroom and the Music Suite. Parapets and internal gutters have been contributing to the problem. There are 3 different roof lines between the two areas. The works are to remove the existing and form 2 simpler roof lines to cover the areas, with a simplified entrance to the Foyer.
