The Board of Trustees at Takapuna Normal Intermediate School intend to let a tender for upgrade work to Block 4 (Hall, Music and Toilets) as shown in the attached diagram. The project is largely interior fitout work with only 1 exterior wall to be altered.
Previously an ROI has been advertised on GETS for Alterations to Block 1 at TNIS. This project has not gone to tender and the intention is to combine the 2 projects. Companies who registered for the Block 1 project are asked to confirm they are interested in the combined project, at which point the submissions already received will be assessed for the Block 4 work as well.
