The school (James Cook High School) requires a main building contractor to refurbish the staffroom. Being one of the original buildings of the school, the staffroom as well as the toilet amenities are outdated and insufficient to meet staff needs.
The works that will be involved will include demolition, bracing support systems, relocation of the kitchen area with full fit-out, new carpet and floor tiles, electrical reticulation of power, fire, security & data, installation of new exterior doors and a full toilets and showers reconfiguration.
