Southbridge School, 25 Hastings Street Southbridge, Canterbury – Two New Roll Growth Classrooms
School Support Limited on behalf of the Southbridge School Board of Trustees seeks Registrations of Interest from experienced Main Building Contractors only who can carry out this project.
This work will consist of: Building Two New Architectural Design Classrooms at Southbridge School.
It is envisaged that the tender documents will be sent out shortly after this Registration of Interest period ends, with a view of beginning the project as soon as possible.
The following information must be provided with your Registration of Interest:
1. Organisation
a. Name of Company and postal address.
b. Provide a brief history of your organisation’s core business.
c. Describe your organisation’s capability that demonstrates your capacity to deliver the required services.
d. Describe your organisation’s experience that demonstrates your capacity to deliver the required services.
e. Confirm your organisation carries current and adequate insurance cover or that you can acquire it.
f. Submit your organisation’s Health and Safety policy.
2. Service Delivery
a. Provide details describing your organisation’s ability to undertake the project in the proposed timeframes as set out above.
b. Provide details of relevant systems and previous projects your company has completed within the past three years, describe project cost, timing and quality.
c. Describe your organisation’s ability to manage the sub-contractors.
d. Provide information on quality assurance or control procedures and how you would manage risks.
Registrations of Interest will be evaluated using the following criteria (weighted as indicated) and shortlisted by School Board of Trustees.
The School Board of Trustees reserve the right not to proceed to a Request for Proposal (RFP) and/or to limit or extend the list of potential participants beyond those who respond to this ROI.
Responses are to be sent by email to the enquiry address below and should be received by the due date.
Subcontractors will need to consult with the main contractor when selected and should not respond to this ROI for main contractors.
Unsuccessful applicants will be notified by mail or email.
