Overview
The existing school blocks A and B have galvanised sheet roofing which is rusting and has been identified for replacement, the roofs are at minimum pitch and their replacement needs to be a membrane solution on a new plywood substrate. Block C is to be re roofed at a new pitch in new colour steel with new roof framing. Block H is the school hall / gymnasium which has skylight sections which produce condensation and are to be replaced with double skin product.
