Ormiston Senior College Board of Trustees (BOT) would like to construct a new pavilion structure adjacent to their existing building where the cafeteria is located.
The structure is to provide a shaded outdoor environment for the use of formal and informal gatherings. Students find it difficult to gather in the open court area due to the lack of shade so this will help combat that.
The shade area is approx. 140m2 and will be an open structure to cater up to 100+ students. It will be located outside the cafeteria area and within an open courtyard area. Lastly the structure will need to be able to withstand the natural elements.
