Taradale High School, Napier is proposing to build a new Wharekura on site. This will also include extensive site works. We are looking at expressions of interest. This is a new build of approx 110 sq m along with 750 sq m of paving and 600 sq m of new green areas. Due to the busy nature of the building industry we are looking at the main contractor nominating their own programme. The only stipulation is the the project must be committed (i.e signed up and approved by MoE before June 2021)
