On behalf of Greymouth High School Board of Trustees, we are seeking tender submissions from suitable qualified contractors for repairs and replacements to several roofs at this school. The site is located at 107 High Street, Greymouth.
The programme for the works is to be staged to suit the requirements of the school and will be discussed and agreed with the preferred tenderer.
Please refer to all of the attached tender documents in your pricing. Note also that the work to the technology block is not drawn and will require a site visit and proposal as part of each tenderer's submission.
Works are expected to commence in March 2021 when the submissions have been assessed and the contract awarded.
Site visits are required.
