Various necessary Roof replacements and Asbestos removal have been identified in the 20 July 2020 Targeted Asbestos Refurbishment Survey (RS 2020) and the 20 March 2019 Asbestos Maintenance Survey (MS 2019).
BLOCK 1 – Administration: Remove and replace asbestos soffit linings and down-pipes
BLOCK 1 - LIBRARY LOWER: Remove and replace asbestos roofing underlay, re-roof, re-spout, replacement of flashing around all skylights and install insulation in the roof space.
BLOCK 1 - LIBRARY UPPER AND ROOM 1: Remove and replace asbestos roofing underlay, re-roof, re-spout, replacement of flashing around all skylights and install insulation in the roof space.
BLOCK 2 - ROOM 3-6: Remove and replace asbestos soffit linings, downpipes and internal doors
BLOCK 3 – TECH: Remove and replace asbestos downpipes
BLOCK 6 – TOILET: Remove and replace asbestos soffit linings
BLOCK 7 - ROOM 11: Remove and replace asbestos roofing underlay, re-roof, re-spout, replacement of flashing, soffit linings and downpipes
BLOCK 8 - DENTAL CLINIC: Remove and replace asbestos roofing underlay, re-roof, re-spout, replacement of flashing, soffit linings and downpipes

Works are to be staged through the 2021 School holiday periods outlined below:
• Stage 1 - 17/04 to 02/05
• Stage 2 - 10/07 to 25/07
• Stage 3 - 02/10 to 17/10
• Stage 4 - 20/12 to 30/01/2022
