The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) are seeking to create consistent, national, standardised panel of suppliers which will help streamline and increase the effectiveness of sourcing leased temporary transportable accommodation and transporting both temporary and Ministry owned accommodation for schools nationwide.

The Ministry is inviting Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers in order to establish two panels for:

1. Leased Temporary Transportable Accommodation (i.e. “Panel 1”)

2. Transportable Relocation Services (i.e. “Panel 2”)

Suppliers are invited to respond to either one or both panels. There is a separate response form for each panel. We also invite innovation from suppliers, which may include a consortium supplier approach. Suppliers are also invited to bid on a regional basis if they are unable to provide a nationwide service model.

The Ministry intends to hold four identical briefing sessions for potential suppliers via the following locations and times:

Auckland 11am, Thursday 28th January 2021
Wellington 11am, Friday 29th January 2021
Christchurch 10am, Monday 1st February 2021
Zoom 11am, Tuesday 2nd February 2021
