Crawshaw School requires weather tightness remediation on the roofing and cladding of blocks A, B, C, D, E, and J. The project involves redesign of the roofs and repairing the damaged cladding as required. Block F will be demolished on site.
Weather tightness Building survey reports have been completed for all the blocks to indicate the extent of known weather tightness issues and what anticipated repairs are required for each block.
