Four schools on the West Coast; Buller High, Reefton Area, West Port North and Maruia School (West Coast Schools) will be undertaking a combined approach to sourcing designers for their Five Year Agreement (5YA) Projects. The intention is to set up a small panel of designers and engineers that can be utilised over the next 2 years for the various school projects. Note that the current tender is for the four schools mentioned above but should the need arise the employer reserves the right to utilise the design panel for additional schools in the West Coast general area.
There is a wide array of projects across the four schools that will need design input. It is the intention to call on the design panel for a quote as required for each project or cluster of projects. The individual project scopes range in value from smaller external window replacements to larger site wide boiler and reticulation replacement projects
