• Demolish and rebuild Changing Rooms, and toilets are end of lifecycle. Construction of a new toilet block connected to pool area -external access. To include 2 x self-contained units with full height floor to ceiling walls, floor to head height doors and with basin and hand-drying facilities within each cubicle. The new toilet block will have new impervious wall linings, ceiling linings, insulation, double glazing, lighting, floor coverings, partitions and plumbing fixtures including warm water to hand basins and water saving devices. Follow the recommendations from the MOE Reference Designs for School buildings in New Zealand “Toilets” issued Feb 2017.
