Overview
The 2 blocks contain 3 relocatable classrooms. The BoT is seeking a main contractor for the replacement of the roofing and cladding to both blocks which is at end of life. The works will also entail adding eaves to both blocks. Block HC is cladd in asbestos containing material. Decks are attached to the both blocks so will need to be detached and supported on new timber plie foundations
