Overview
The project will see the gutting and refurbishment of 3 classrooms along with a small footprint extension.
Work will be taking place in term time, contractors personnel along with sub contractors personnel will need to be police vetted prior to commencing work on this site.
The attached plans are the indicative concept plans only.
The school seeks registrations of interest of suitably qualified and experienced main building contractors.
The preferred contract commencement date is prior to Christmas 2020, however being available to commence work around this date is not a prerequisite for being selected to be invited to tender.
