The project involves refurbishment and upgrade works to several existing school classroom blocks and the school hall. The works include creating a breakout space within an existing classroom Block (D), installation of new external doors out to external outdoor teaching spaces; internal refurbishments, toilet refurbishment. It may be that given the quantum of works and the operational aspects of undertaking works across multiple teaching blocks, that the works may need to be phased. In this event it is likely that some of the more aesthetic non-consentable works would be undertaken over the Christmas period and other works undertaken over subsequent two weekly holiday periods.
