A new covered sports arena (approx 770m2) to be built near the lower fields. The vision is to create an all-weather covered play surface, to have an all year round outdoor area to cater for the following actvities netball, basketball, hockey (reduced size), soccer (reduced size), exercise area and outdoor assembles. Scope includes...new concrete surface to cater for the above sports, astroturf, goals, posts etc. Covered with a cost effect steel structure with a PVC fabric roof, lights, perimeter mesh fenced, water/flood barriers to the western end and barriers for hockey and soccer
