The Marlborough Schools Project (the Project) will transform education in Blenheim and the wider Marlborough region by:
• co-locating Marlborough Boys College (MBC) and Marlborough Girls College (MGC) at new facilities built at the current MGC and Bohally Intermediate sites (which are adjacent sites); and
• relocating and modernising Bohally Intermediate at the existing MBC site.
Main Contractors are asked to respond to the pre-conditions and also the ECI sub-model options formal feedback process. All responses received that meet the pre-conditions will proceed to RFP stage.
As part of the ROI, we are creating the opportunity for both contractors and consultants to provide formal written feedback on the ECI sub-options – we covered this at the market briefings. This will not prejudice from the contractor proceeding to the RFP phase. A formal feedback form has been developed for both consultants and contractors to complete.
Consultants only need to respond to the ECI sub-options feedback request at the ROI stage to provide their feedback on the ECI Sub-options.
