The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) provides school transport assistance to help parents overcome barriers to education and meet their responsibility to get their children to school. The Ministry may provide transport assistance where distance and/or accessibility may be a barrier for students attending the closest school they can enroll at.

The current Daily and Technology Bus contracts expire on 31 December 2021. In accordance with the Government Procurement Rules, the Ministry is conducting an open, competitive procurement to establish new contracts for services from Term 1 of 2022.

This is a two tender approach. Please read the Request for Proposal (RFP) and related Appendices closely to ensure you understand the structure of this tender, particularly the significant differences between Tender 1 and Tender 2. You will need to decide whether you would like to respond to Tender 1 (this Notice) or Tender 2 (to be released later in 2020). You can participate in both Tender 1 and Tender 2, but only if you do not accept any Routes offered through Tender 1.
