Block 1: replace lower roof areas back of rooms 5,6,7
Block 2: replace translucent roof panels
Block 4: replace all roofing including underlay, flashings, spoutings and deck roofing
Block 5: replace all roofing including underlay, flashings, spoutings and deck roofing
Blocks 4 & 5 and part of Block 1 have a large amount of branches over hanging the rooves which will require the successful contractor to have a qualified arborist to remove the said branches and balance up the remaining branches to each tree.
