Replacement of entire water main which is under concrete hard surfaces to Block 2 with 3 branch feeds to 3 outside taps, approximately 160 meters. Replace with Iplex Blueline water pipe - push lock. The replacement to go in the same location as existing with the existing taken out, new installed and then all hard surfaces reinstated.
Block 1, water main is an internal one in the void between two floors. Replacement pipe to be in the same location and go through two fire walls with new pipe to have certified replacement fire collars to the firewalls. There are several branches off this main line as well feeding toilet blocks, sinks etc.
