Block 10 DQLS Modernisation: Rooms 3 and 4 and cloakbay areas – complete replacement of all pinboard and flooring, upgrading of classroom lighting and interior painting.
The toilets -
Girls: take out wall linings to install warm water piping, replace basins, tapware with water saving devices, reinstate wall linings, replace flooring.
Boys: strip out 50% of wall linings. Strip out existing SS urinals and basins. Install warm water unit and repipe out to basins. Replace tapware with water saving type. Replace urinal with wall hung type. Reinstate walls and make good cubicle screens from new lining installation.
