interior finishes and fit out of room 12, 13 and 14, with new outdoor learning spaces to all three rooms through the existing door openings. ILE openings between rooms 13 and 14, including the demolition of the existing cloak bay. Opening and change of level features to follow the pattern from the school wide ILE upgrade. Replace the cloak bay being removed with new covered external cloak bay for two classes of bags etc. There is a new breakout space to be added to room 14. Rooms 15 and 16 to follow the ILE upgrade pattern with openings and features as for the school ILE upgrade, interior finishes and DQLS features to be upgraded. Fire alarm upgrade.
