a. The Contract Works required comprise:
i. Demolition of an existing large classroom block
ii. Construction of a 4 Classroom Block complete with Toilets and ancillary spaces.
iii. Site works around new block.
vi. This work will not need to be staged, as school has made temporary accommodation arrangements for pupils and staff.
