a. The Contract Works required comprise:
i. Minor demolition and asbestos removal.
ii. Extensive internal upgrade to create modern teaching spaces.
iii. Construction of a new second story veranda walkway plus 2 sets of stairs
iii. Site works around upgraded block.
vi. This work will not need to be staged, as school has made temporary accommodation arrangements for pupils and staff.
