The purpose of this Notice of Intent is to:
a) Notify suppliers of the Ministry’s first market engagement related to the Improving Classrooms in Small or Remote Schools Programme (the Programme). This GETS notice will continue to be used to communicate with subscribed suppliers interested in the Project Management and Installation Service component of this programme.
b) Provide the market with a contractual structure and delivery model which can be used to generate feedback and discussion with the Ministry to inform the structure of future RFxs related to this Programme. This information has been provided in the following appendices:
i. Appendix A: A word document exploring various aspects of the Programme
ii. Appendix B: A set of power point slides illustrating a contractual structure and delivery model
iii. Appendix C: Three PDFs showing the schools which will be in the future tender bundles
iv. Appendix D: Draft Project Management Scope of Services
v. Appendix E: Audio Presentation
vi. Appendix F: Written feedback template
c) Provide interested suppliers an opportunity to share feedback via a one-on-one engagement meeting.
i. On the proposed contractual structure and delivery model
ii. On the project management scope of services
These engagement sessions will be a maximum 40 minutes with Ministry programme stakeholders and will be carried out over the period of 20th May – 27th May 2020.
They will be done via Zoom Meeting software or skype for business. There will be a limit of two attendees from the supplier’s organisation at the meeting.
