Overview
The Contract Works required are: Remove Two existing teaching spaces from Block B along with all associated covered walkways and decking.
The remining toilet facility in block B will be upgraded, New fixtures, light, aluminium windows, ventilation, vinyl flooring and connecting the sewer lines into existing septic system.
The one remining classroom in Block B will be upgraded with new carpets, wall linings and lighting etc.
