Main Building Contractors Registration of Interest are sort for the tender of the Interior Replacement works.
Built in 1956 / 1975, these spaces are well over due for complete interior finishes replacement and to the existing areas.
This project is an approved SIP concept refurbishment to the new MOE standards
The project is currently being Architecturally documented and is expected to commence in June / July 2020.
All procedures are to comply with MOE Procurement and property Toolbox procedure Policies.
