Waimauku Primary School is located at 2 Muriwai Road, Waimauku, Auckland. The School is currently operating in excess of its current capacity.
As of June 2019, the School is occupying their hall and two leased relocatable buildings as temporary accommodation. The current roll confirms their eligibility for four additional TS, increasing their teaching space count to 34.
In addition to the above roll growth requirements, following the assessment of current school buildings it was recommended to replace four aged and substandard TS in block 9 to achieve a whole life solution for the school.
A business case was approved in August 2019 for the construction of a new two-storey, eight classroom block, which will replace the four aged TS and provide four roll growth TS.
