The Ministry is looking to procure a Main Contractor to complete Stages 3 & 4 of Phase 3 of redevelopment works at Somerfield School.

The Contract Works required are:

Stage 3 –Fit out of newly installed relocatable units, including Services connections and External Landscaping works. Installation of new Caretaker’s Store (attached to end of newly installed relocs) including foundations and waffle concrete floor slab. Minor earthquake repairs to Hall, Library and play area. Relocation of a hardcourt.

Stage 4 - Demolition of Blocks 4&8 (including asbestos removal)
