Motueka High School is a year 9-15 high school located in Motueka, Nelson Region. The area has been experiencing steady growth for a number of years. The school currently features 36 teaching spaces, with the number of teaching spaces to increase to 40 and a required capacity for 755 students. A short term solution is to undertake work on two relocatable teaching spaces to meet the current spaces deficit for the short term until the main redevelopment is complete. This includes:
• Internal Finishing Works (internal fitout, addition of toilet spaces, breakout spaces, kitchenette)
• Service connections (Water, Fire, Power, Stormwater, Sewer and Data)
• Minor access decks, ramps, hardstand and landscaping
