Overview
Removal of asbestos, strip out of existing laboratories, localised demolition of internal walls. Installation of new floor covers, ceiling and wall linings. Fitting of new fixed laboratory equipment (worktops, storage, fume cupboards etc.), including some refurbished items such as sinks. Installation of services to support use (gas and water), ventilation and fire system upgrade. Insulation of roof and floors.
