Pukerua Bay school are seeking a contractor to strip the existing boiler room of existing plant. Install a new high efficiency modular condensing boilers and flues. Install heat exchange to separate existing system from new boilers and pipework. Upgrade time clock and controls.
The project needs to occur during the summer school holidays, project scheduled to start in January 2020.
