Removal of existing roof coverings and all associated flashings along with roof timber structure and required external walls, provide new roof framing including structure along with new metal roof cladding, fascia boards, spouting and downpipes, new ceilings internally where required, take out and remove existing high level windows and replace with new aluminium windows.
