The Ministry of Education works with suppliers of goods and services for many different reasons and it all starts with procurement.
We think it is important to understand how our suppliers find working with us so we are sending a survey out to all of our current suppliers asking for feedback.
The survey is an opportunity to share your views on our procurement processes, communication and the balance of risk in our contracts.
The survey should take you no more than five minutes and will help us to understand what’s working well and where we need to improve. All responses are anonymous and confidential.
We piloted this survey last year with our infrastructure suppliers and received some great feedback have resulted in changes, including:
• Improving our forms and templates
• Improving navigation of information on our web site
• Working to speed up the procurement processes
